Arrange Items By Date

Since changing from Windows 2000 to XP and Outlook 2000 to 2007 I can't open
a file and Arrange Items By Date anymore as that option is no longer on the
Menu. I had hoped Microsoft would do some sort of patch to put this facility
back. Any suggestions would be helpful please.

First off, when you right click on an open spot in a folder you should get a
menu that gives you an Arrange Icons By -> Modified option. Are you saying that
this option isn't present?

If you want to add options to this list, click on the View menu at the top of
the window and select Choose Details from the menu. Check the options you want
and click OK. Right click an open spot in the folder, move the mouse pointer to
Arrange Icons By, and click on the sorting option you want.
