ARP issue Win2k Server

I am Hosting my own Website With IIS on a Win 2k Server on ADSL, but other
people who are on the same IP address Range as the my Server cannot connect
to it, they cannot connect to it by IP address eather.

Any Ideas on what I need to check, Or Do.

Can the clients ping the IIS server by IP? By nameCHeck your IP address and
subnet mask. Try to ping 127.0.0.1 on the IIS server, then from the console
of the IIS server ping its own address. Then ping the IP of the IIS server's
default gateway and DNS server.

Nope. the Pings Timeout, But when Pinging by www address it does Resolve the
IP address, and the Pings Time out :-(.

Gateway, No Problem
DNS, No Problem
