Aria Technology.....dealt with them for many years now. As they have grown, so has their problems which they don't seem to want to deal with. Call their sales telephone line and it's picked up within 3-4 rings BY A PERSON. Call their customer service number with a problem and you are likely to spend 30mins in queue listening to a recorded message
saying how good they are and what an excellent customer service they provide....it's rubbish.
If you order anything with Aria, PRAY that the goods reach you in perfect condition, if not you will be frustrated by their returns policies, waiting for ages for an RMA (a returns number) long waits in a telephone queue (which shows how many problems they are getting on a daily basis) unhelpful staff, who don't seem bothered about your custom or your problems, after all, why should they? they've had your money already. I've had too many problems with Aria recently and I will not give them any more of my money...
I haven't really heard anything good about Aria, except perhaps their computer cases are cheap and quite good.
My own dealings with CCL (as recommended by Mucks) have been good though, and that has involved both straightforward sales and an RMA.
I still reckon Kustom PC's & Chillblast are easily the best for customer service though, but they are more expensive than most.
