Argosy HD363N FTP 530 Error

Hello
I just purchased Argosy HD363N Enclosure and updated to the lates
firmware ARGOSY-NetHDD006-1216. I've set up my FTP service and I'v
opened port 4000 for the device. I've also made a local static I
address. My only problem is that when I try to access the unit fro
work I get a 530 Error and I don't know why. I've entered the righ
user name and password, I've also used cuteFTP, WSFTP, but non work

Open all ports for the device and check if that helps.
