Hi Guys and Gals
Has anyone had this problem or is it MY machine?
I installed Nero 7. When I open nero start smart the program features are
not visable, just the frame of the Program.
I spent just about all day trying to get this to work.Installed and
uninstalled it 4 times.
Finally figured it out. If I have Areo enabled it causes the problem. If I
set to vista basic , it all is visable.
Is this my machine doing this or is it window or a nero problem.
Anyone else out there have this problem.
thanks

Hi RRShaver
Yup you are right. Pretty lousy solution though don't you think.
My old eyes just have to hard a time reading that small print.
Guess I will just have to turn off Areo whenever I want to use Nero 7.
Thanks for the reply.

If you right-click on Nero and go to properties, then compatibility there's
an option to disable Desktop composition.

That'll at least save you from having to turn Aero on and off manually.

try this: click Right mouse button anywhere on vista desktop then click
"personalize" click window color & appearance.
Then click on: open Classic appearance properties for more color option at
bottom of page.
Click on advanced in the appearance settings window then on desktop. Click
on "Icon" then change font to a size(drop down box) that pleasing to you. I
changed mine to 15. You also make it bold by clicking on the "B".

Hope this helps!

Have a great day!!!

Thanks Guys
I did get it to work ok.
Kinda a shame that that program makes you have to mess around like that just
to get it to work.
Thanks again
