are these winxp files?

I just thought I'd ask because I have never seen these kind of files before. And they have an odd beige diamond shaped icon.I found them in device mgr.They were never there before.

Some of the ones starting with nav might appear to be associated with
Norton's Antivirus. Right click on the file(s), click on Properties and see
if you can get more info that way.
