Are there worm removers?

Every two weeks or so e-mails are automatically sent out
to my contacts by that are advertisements of vulgarity or
other matters. Usually the same persons.

I have all of the MS updates and all of the Norton
updates and have upgraded my Outlook to 2003. I am
running XP.
Is there any way I can ride myself of this problem?
I have kept some copies of the e-mails to get a clue as
to what and how this happens but have no solution. What
to do?
