Open the form in design View.
You can change the Form's Picture property to change it's 'style',
i.e. set it's Picture property to a .bmp picture as the form's
background.
Click on the Picture property line. Click on the little button with
the 3 dots that will appear on that line. Browse to your new picture.
Click OK. There are several other Picture related properties you can
set.
To just change the form's color, delete any existing picture property.
Then set each of the form's section's back color to whatever color you
want.
Hope this get's you started.
You can create your own form wizards, but its not a good idea to
modify the built-in wizards. Try to get a copy of the Access Dev
