Among data recovery tools the really useful and powerful are Active@
undelete and Uneraser (for DOS). Theese tools never failed me before,
so they are awesome indeed.

EASEUS DataRecoveryWizard utility can help. Speaking about me, it was
easily able to restore deleted, lost file and unformat drive,

Not sure if you meant total system recovery or file recovery, if you would
like to have total system recovery, there is a free tool Microsoft offers
called "Windows Shared Computer Toolkit" here is a recent review on it:
