Are "innoculations" available?

The "help files" mention innoculation several times, but
my version, as installed has no named button or dialog to
perform this operation. What am I missing?
 
This feature looks like it disappeared somewhere between Giant and
Microsoft. Haven't heard anything about whether it might reappear.
