Yes, you can even just "clone" the existing partition (w/o having to install
a second copy) if you use something like BootIt NG (
http://www.bootitng.com ) as your boot manager. Just install the boot
manager, downsize the existing partition (using its built-in partition
manager) to make room for the clone, copy and paste the downsized partition
to the freespace to make a second copy, then use the Direct Boot menu to
boot either one. Very simple. You can make as many "clones" (or new
installations, if you prefer) as you like (up to HD capacity) if you use
unlimited primaries. You can also use something like XOSL (
http://www.xosl.org ) as well, although it's not as well supported, and will
need to be supplemented w/ a separate partition mamager (e.g., Ranish,
http://www.ranish.com/part/ , which is free) or Partition Magic ($$$). But
for my money, BootIt NG if the best and most bang for the buck solution.
