Hello!

Are ASUS K8V SE Deluxe (revision 2 and unknown BIOS -- where is it at since
I cannot find it in BIOS boot up?)'s temperature sensors accurate? When I
am playing games in an almost 80F/27C degrees room, I noticed ASUS PC Probe
and BIOS' temperature readings (if I reboot fast enough -- close enough), I
saw:

7:00 PM - 7:25 PM (DOOM 3)
143F -> 149F CPU
113F -> 116F MB

7:30 PM - 9:05 PM (FEAR)
147F -> 154F CPU
116F -> 122F MB

I did not have any crashes, dittered dots, corrupted textures, etc. Should
I be worried? It is not even summer time, and I know it can go above
85F/29C degrees in my room when there is a heat wave. I don't know what else
to improve my temperatures.

Even after long downtimes (12 hours in a cool room), booting up the computer
for ten minutes, reboot, BIOS will tell me that my CPU was overheating and
press F1 to continue.

I heard sensors can be inaccurate due to their calibrations. Is this true?
I wonder if the temperature sensor readings are way too sensitive.

You can see my detailed gaming box specifications (have a lot of stuff in
my old ATX full-tower case!) at
http://alpha.zimage.com/~ant/antfarm/about/computers.txt ... Thank you in
advance. :)

I forgot to put Celcius for those who prefer that instead of Fahrenheights:
7:00 PM - 7:25 PM (DOOM 3)
143F/62C -> 149F/65C CPU
113F/45C -> 116F/47C MB

7:30 PM - 9:05 PM (FEAR)
147F/64C -> 154F/68C CPU
116F/47C -> 122F/50C MB
