Are Adobe programs causing the problem w/ Add/remove programs prob

I posted earlier that the "remove" function is missing from Add or Remove
programs. I've tried all the fixes but nothing works. I'm now seeing other
posts regarding Adobe programs possibly causing this. I also recently
downloaded Adobe Contributor and am suspicious that that is what caused this.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how they fixed
it.

Adobe programs are quite large
but in my opinion they are not
designed to sabotage windows.

They do however, require
to be reconfigured after installation
because they are defaulted with a variety
of nuisances.

I use several adobe programs.
