archos junkebox 10 problems

Hi,

I have an archos jukebox 10, but my computer doesn't seem to recognize it. I've looked around for drivers and updates, but can't find any. Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you mean it would not install or what...? Did you check their web site
for info..?
