One of my users is having a problem with archiving. He archives different
folders to different PST files - he has his reasons for doing this. One
folder refuses to archive. I have checked the Autoarchive tab of the
folder's properties and his settings are:
Archive this folder using these settings:
Clean out items older than 2 months
Move old items to P:\Outlook Archive\archive1.pst
For some reason, even if you initiate an archive from the File menu, the old
files remain in situ in the folder in question, and do not appear in the
archive folder. He has full read/write/modify rights to the netowrk folder
in which he is storing his PST file.
We are using Exchange 2000, and Outlook version 9.
I'm not sure where else to look to resolve this issue. Can anyone help?
Many thanks
