Archiving while on vacation?

Our organization archives weekly any mail items older
than 30-days old. All our users are configured to
AutoArchive their email every day when they login. What
can a user do who goes on vacation for 4 weeks and who
cannot check into the office?

Nothing - except leave their machine logged in and Outlook running (which I
don't recommend for security reasons).

Actually, here's another option. Since you archive everything over 30 days
anyhow...

Just before the user leaves, have them copy their entire Inbox into the
archive folder manually. When they return they'll only have mail received
during the last 4 weeks...or about what they'd have anyhow if they were
archiving during those 30 days.
