Archiving Outlook Express Messages

Hi,

I am using Outlook Express 6.0 with Windows XP Home
Edition. I have since decided to backup my e-mail
messages so I used the "compacting" option to archive the
messages into a "dbx" file on my desktop. However, the
instructions do not advise how to restore the file for
future viewing or use.

Can anyone help?

Compacting does nothing except what it says it does - Compacting! there is
NO archive function within OE.
