Archive.pst files

I have all users Outlook programmes Archive to a specific folder and am trying to access one of these files (.pst) from my PC. File, Open, other users file etc. Also from the actual users PC but in both instances it says that I do not have access rights

Same thing happens I I try to import the data. Have checked the the Properties of the .pst file and full access is allowed

have run out of ideas.
 
You can't share a pst-file unless you are using Outlook 2000 with Net
folders.

Only one person can access a pst-file at a time. You can open a pst-file by
using File-> Open-> Outlook Data File. When you connect and disconnect from
a pst-file you'll have to restart Outlook to free the lock on the file
before anyone else can connect to that specific file.
