I guess my problem is a little more complicated. When I
tried to open Archive.pst it said error: Properties must
be defined before you can open.

Any suggestions?

Go to File, Open on the menu and open the archive.pst
file and then search for the email. Use Folder View so you
can see the Archive file. You have to scroll down to the
bottom of the folder list and click on Archive.pst or
whatever you renamed your archive file.

Add it by Tools-> Services (or E-mail Accounts depends on the version and
mode of Outlook)

You all sound smart! Could I ask you all about a problem I am having?
While installing Outlook 2002 onto a new computer that did not have Outlook
previously, I went back to my old computer to export my .pst file from
Outlook
2000 version to import to the new one. I get a message on the new computer
that access is denied while trying to import the file. Anyone know what is
causing this?
:)
Tina

Make sure the file isn't marked as "Read Only". Also instead of importing
use File-> Open-> Personal Data File...

Note that it's better to start a new post than replying in a different
