Leaving current job soon and want to take contents of various folders in my outlook inbox, how do I do this? Can I take them in a form where I can open then within outlook for easily finding what I want?
You can backup the entire PST file and take it with you or else you could send any emails you wish to a GMail, Hotmail or Yahoo account and be able to access them from any PC with internet access.
