ARC Mouse

I purchased a microsoft Arc mouse. One of the new wireless mouses. The
instructions received with this microsft product is to load the Intellimouse
software to enable its features. This I have done. However I cannot find a
mouse type called Arc Mouse, nor can I find a mouse type within the different
mouses listed that will enable the extra thumb button on the side of the
mouse. So question what do I need to do to enable the thumb button??

Which version of the Intellipoint drivers? Did you try getting the
latest version:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/d...ory=MK&type=Mouse&name=m_arc&os=XP_32&lang=en

The Arc mouse is listed in version 6.3.
