Appt Location changing once attendees recvie invite

We have a problem with a user here that when ever she creates a new
appointment and puts in the location, then sends it on to some attendees the
location has changed when they receive it. It appears to put in the previous
location.

Can any on shed some light on to this?!

We are using Outlook 2003

does it change for all invitees or just some? is everyone on the same mail
server? Is the location a resource on the server?
