i can't seem to add appointments as I am studying this for my course
structure. I opened calendar and now I can't ass appointments

Tanya, are you saying that you are a beginner in Outlook and can't figure out how to add appointments? Or do you know how and something is preventing you? If that's the case, what version are you using? Are you on an exchange server, or is this a single-user computer?
