Appointments to choose from

I would like to offer a group of people a number of different times for
appointments for them to choose from, i e 20 people are all offered 20
appointments, and are supposed to respond individually by booking a specifik
appointment. As appointments get taken, everyone can see what is left to
choose from.
How can this be done? Thank you!
