Appointments on Outlook behind 4 hours

I synced my iphone to Outlook and all appointments on Outlook are 4 hours
behind. I already checked the time zone on computer and Outlook. Does anyone
know how to fix this so that I don't have to go into each appointment and
correct? I'm afraid to sync my phone again for fear it will sync this to the
phone.
 
check the sync software and triple check the phone and outlook settings -
something is not correct.

No need to post more than once.
 
I had the same issue on my iPhone, only it was 7 hours behind. I then checked
the time settings on my iPhone. This is found under Configure -> General ->
Date and Time, then Time Zone (I don't know how this is written in your
language on the iPhone since I have Norwegian language).
