Appointments disappearing

Hello,

I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed in lenght.

When I create an appointment, it disappears on the
calendar. I can see the appointment in active view and I
do get a reminder before the appointment is due. I must
have some type of filter on but I have tried to "clear
all" under filters.

I'm on xp. I hope this is an easy fix and looking
forward to your suggestions.

Try changing your view for the calendar. From the menu
choose View -> Current View and pick something different.
I've seen this happen before and I'm not sure what causes
it.

Do you have an antivirus program on your server?
Usually, this problem has to do with such programs... see in ms knowledge
base

Yup, and thank you for your time. I'm sure now this is
the problem as now I remember the trouble started the
same time as installation.

Mike,

I haven't researched further, but I'm pretty sure he is
correct. My antivirus and firewall by Norten have caused
many glitches. Regards.
