Hello,

I am having a problem with outlook where appointments and meetings will not stick to my calendar. We use Zimbra as our email client, which I absolutely hate, but I have the Zimbra to outlook connector installed so I can use Outlook. Any ideas on what could cause the appointments to disappear?.

I am syncing to my blackberry curve. As for any pattern, I have not found any. It can be a one time appointment, recurring, etc... and it disappears. It also happens if I make an appointment for myself on my calendar.

Are you syncing with a iphone or similar device? Can you identify a
similarity between the missing appointments -only recurring, no end date
etc.

Is your Blackberry configured to keep events forever? If not, it will delete
past events.

Thanks. I checked that as well and it is configured properly. The problem is not that it deletes past events, it deletes appointments that have not happened..
