Hi, I am supporting a user who is using Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000. He is
accessing his Outlook on various computers within the building. When he
accepts a meeting on one computer, he can then only see it on that particular
computer. Even if he completely logs off from the first computer, the
appointment is not replicated when he opens a new Outlook session on another
computer. This happens consistently, not occassionally.
I reset his Outlook profile, someone else reset his Windows profile, and I
renamed the .ost file.
Can anybody think of what might be going wrong?

are all computers using the exchange mailbox as the default delivery
location?

Hi Diane,
I see where you're getting at. You think that maybe one some computers the
items are going straight into his .pst, rather than staying on the exchange
server for long enough to replicate?
I could certainly check that, but I don't think so.
Also, what is the best way of checking this? I can only think of checking
the Autoarchive settings.
