In the free form section of a calendar's appointment, is there a way to
imbedd a permanant template? I use the calendar, monthly veiw to list all of
the particular jobs, by company name, that I have for the month. I use the
location field to designate the actual location of that site. In the free
form section I add various pieces of information related to that specific
job. This calendar is shared by several departments and in turn is used as
an informational tool to all of the various departments. Most of the
information that I put in the free form field is repetitive, or yes/no type
responses. So I have attached a word document that you open up and in turn
answer the questions. This is a little cumbersome to do this way, in that I
have to remember to add that template, and of course name, because everytime
someone updates it, it has to be saved, so for the 100 jobs I have for a
given month, I have to have 100 different saved word documents. I would be
easier if I could embedd this generic template, or replace the free form
field with it. Any suggestions.

YOu can design your own calendar entry under Tool->Forms->Design a Form.
