Hi, using OLK2K (not using ms exchange server)
I have a distribution list (group of email addresses) (Team1) that I have
several contacts assigned to.
I create a meeting request, and in the To: line, I put "Team1".
I then go to check 'Attendee Availability' and the attendees that it lists
are myself and "Team1", with a squared plus sign left of "Team1", indicating
that it's expandable.
When I click on the plus sign, it says that "If you expand the list, Outlook
will replace the team with its members. You will not be able to collapse it
again" and I hit okay. The only problem is, that it DOESN'T replace the
team with its members. "Team1" just disappears.
I found this article on the Microsoft support kb
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;303125&Product=out2K
Anyone know of a fix, instead of (as the kb article says) entering each team
members name separately? Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade the windows
address book (WAB) to a version that won't display this problem? I'm using
version 6.00.2800.something or other.
