Open your Calendar
Right Click on the main calendar part
Select OTHER SETTINGS... from the menu
Set your TIME SCALE to 15 MINUTES
Click OK.
Now when you are viewing your calendar
on a ONE DAY VIEW it will show it in
15 minute increments. When you click to
make an appointment it will default to a
15 minute time scaled appointment.
If you set your appointments in 15 minute blocks
Outlook will start to offer that. It takes a few uses
to work.

Is there any way of changing appointment times from half
hourly to quarter hourly? It seems odd that there are no
preference settings for this
