HI all,
We have exchange & windows 2003 servers.
We have a situation where user A sent a request for an appointment to user B
and gets a response from user b (good) but also user d and user e (bad). The
response from used d & e were automated out of office replies.
User B has mailbox rights/send on behalf of permission to user d and user e
as well as two other people. No requests (as far as I know) were received
from the other two people.
How do we stop user a from getting a response or sending a request to
people that werent intended to get this request. Very confusing I know.
Is there a mailbox setting missed, or is this just a feature.
Thankyou
Roger
