I've created a recurring appointment, and now wish to
change the date of the recurrence. However, I would like
to keep all of the historical appointments in place as
they have been changed. How do I do this. When I try
stopping the appointments, all appointments are set back
to the time of the orriginal appointment time was created.

I don't think there's any way to do that, Evelyn. Outlook stores the
changed occurrences by their index in the recurring order (sort of), so
changing the recurrence settings for the event has to wipe all the excepted
changes.

I also have this issue - I have changed the appointments on PDA but only one on PC. Is there a way to
1 restore the recurrence (as in 'undo' the editing) from the appointment to retrieve the notes/changes from the last year
2 arrange it so when I synchronise the PC records are the ones that go to PDA rather than the other way

I think this means I will have to go right through every recurrence of these three weekly appointments and make a new 'history' appointment to keep the accurate record of changes/notes. If there is another way to do it - Id love to kno

Thank you for any hel
