Each time I add a new location (job site, home, work, etc.) it is automtically saved in the drop down box - how do I delete some of the ones I don't use anymore or have incorrect spelings?
You can remove the entries in the Location-field by deleting the LocationMRU entry in the Registry. Details on how to do this can be found in Knowledge Base-article 256334. OL2000: "How to Reset the Location Field List for Appointment Items or Meeting Requests". Be careful when editing the Registry as improper use can cause serious problems. Link to artical found below
