Does anyone know how to set up an Outlook 2000 user's account so that
when he accepts an Appointment request, his confirmation will be sent
to another user (e.g. teamleader, coworker, manager), as well as the
Appointment originator. Server side is exchange 2000 in this case.
But how to configure the other user's details?

any help much appreciated,

- Martin

This is relatively easy to do with Rules Wizard, because meeting request
responses can be distinguished from other outgoing messages by the form they
use. To build such a rule, start by creating a new blank rule that works on
outgoing messages. For the condition, choose “uses the form name form” and
in the “Rule description” box, click the underlined “form name.” . In the
Choose Forms dialog (Figure 1), in the drop-down list at upper-left, choose
Application Forms. Select Accept Meeting Response, then click the Add button
to add it to the rule. You might also want to add the Decline Meeting
Response and Tentative Meeting Response forms. After you’ve selected the
meeting response forms, click Close. In the Rules Wizard, click Next, and
for the actions choose “stop processing more rules” and “Cc the message to
people or distribution list.” Click the underlined “people or distribution
list” and choose the desired recipient(s) from your address book. The rule
will send a copy of each meeting response to the person or people listed in
the rule.
