When posting appointments on calendar we designate a
certain time. But when other users view calendar, it
bumps the appointment time one hour in advance. Is there
a setting within Outlook2000 calendar that needs to be set
that will disable the time difference from entered and
viewed.

This is normal behavior if the machines have different time zone or daylight
savings time settings.

My company just migrated us all to Exchange 2003. Previously we were on a pop type server using Outlook as aPOP type client. However, since the move to Exchange, we are no longer pop cliens and all our email sits on the Exchange server which has a storage limit of 80M.

Questions: I thought with Outlook 2003, the stability issues associated with your PST file being over 1G were resolved? I thought I read somewhere that it was now stable up to 20G.
Question: How do I move my old calendar entries over to the Exchange server calendar other than one by one? There has to be a way to do this other that going through each reminder one by one!

Thanks.
