I use multiple computers during the course of a week and want to set
up a message rule that will be applied at the server. The help file
says:
"If you use Microsoft Exchange Server, rules can also be applied even
if you do not have Microsoft Outlook running. The rules must be set to
be applied to messages "when you receive them in the Inbox" on the
server"
But I don't get that option in the Rules Wizard. I only get "when you
receive them", and that only works on the computer where I set up the
rule.
My goal is to delete messages with certain words in the subject line.
It's embarrassing to pull my messages at a branch office and get a
dozen subjects trying to sell me Viagra or some product to enlarge my
.. . . well, you know what I mean :0)
