Applying fly-over ability to a power point slide?

Has anyone added fly-over ability to a PowerPoint presentation? I would like
to place the mouse over an picture in my slide and have a little box pop-up
with more info in it. I was wondering if anyone has been successful with
this.

As you are using a picture, you could just use an empty text box, as the
trigger, and achieve the same result.
