Apply Multiple Rules to Individual Messages

I am running Outlook 2002 SP3, retrieving messages on a POP3 server.

I would like to do two things:
1) Categorize messages with "MTG" (custom category already created)if
they contain the words "When:" OR "Where:" or "Appointment".
2. Move all messages with my address in "TO" or "CC" from server to
local PST Inbox
3. Move all messages with my address in "BCC" to BCC folder on local
PST

I have 3 rules to perform the two actions, in which the Rules Wizard
says to "Apply this rule after the message arrives"

But I have been unable to have the rules applied sequentially. It will
do one or the other but not all.

Any suggestions?

Do you have stop processing selected for any of the rules? if so, remove it
from each rule.
