Apply button is faded out

In IE, under Tools/Internet Options, Privacy, I regulalry click the sites
button to add a domain i.e.doubleclick.com, to block it from placing a cookie
on my computer. Three days ago, I noticed the 'APPLY" button has been faded
out and no longer "works". I can't click on it. Subsequently, I can make no
changes to my privacy settings. Any and all suggestions as to how I can
remedy this would be appreciated. I downloaded Microsoft's Anti-Spyware beta
three days ago and have since deleted it. That's the only chang/download to
my box since I noticed this problem.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunatelt, all it did was reset my IE homepage to
a blank screen. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. Bill
