I have an older game (who wants to be a millionaire). It installed fine but when you try to play it flashes a black screen then says" EngineStart MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close." I don't know what to do. I have tried just about everything. Please help.

Hi Tiger Paw,

This issue is caused by an incompatibility with that particular game and the
Pentium 4 Processor which the game manufacturer has correct with a patch.

1. You have to click OK to accept this agreement and the update will download:
http://bvinteractive.go.com/downloads/millionaire_terms.html

2. Follow the on-screen prompts in the download window to complete the download.

3. The File Download window will ask you to select between "Run this program from it's current location" or "Save this program to
disk". Make sure you select the radio button Save this program to disk, and then click the OK button.

4. When the Save As window opens, choose a location to save the file and keep note of where you save it.

5. When the download is complete, open the folder where you saved the Millionaire.exe program and double-click on the file to run
it. This will update your version of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Once updated, the program will play normally.

Thank you Jimmy for all your help. I can't tell you how long I tried to figure that out. I knew there had to be something else. Thanks again.
