hello,
I hope someone can help me. I have Windows 2000
Professional and for some reason when I try to click
start, setting, then try to go to change my settings, the
screen flickers a second then goes back to descktop. Plus
it won't let me select anything on my desktop. It just
goes back to the desktop after I click on it.
Please someone help!!
