On the Active Directory Domain Controller, can I run NAT, IIS and Exchange
all together? I know is not recommendable, security reseasons the manual
says, but i been playing 3 days with everything and Im getting, IIS error
when somebody tries to see my web is getting refused or authentification
required... the computers on the intranet sometimes are not able to surf the
net ... running out of ideas.... start thinking that maybe is imposible. any
help?

You can do this. It just gets complicated and there are major security
implications. See:

I have same setup. It does work - but like you said not recommended.
I only used mine for testing and then took it down.

Check your DNS settings to make sure all is correct. The outside
world needs a way to resolve your internal web page. So you either
need a static IP or a dynamic DNS service (there are free ones
available).

If you are using NAT as you said, you will need to look at forwarding
on your firewall/router to get to the IIS and exchange.
