Applications not Opening inside of Outlook

Everytime I try and open an attachment in Outlook 2k3 I get the following
response "Application Error, The application failed to intialize properly
(0x0000142). Click ok to terminate the application. I have reinstalled and
Uninatlled Office and Outlook and done a repair still no luck any suggestions.
 
faulting application pmw.exe, version 5.5.01196, failure module mfc42.dll,
version 6.2.4131.0, fault address 0x0005eeda.
and a link to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Oh, yeah sorry for the confussion, but I can get out look to start I just
cant open any attachments within Outlook

Hi Always LOL,
you meant the security Level in Outlook?
so you have to change some Registry entries.

Tried the registry, that did not work, I don't think it a security issue
because Its a actual error "Faulting application pmw.exe, version 5.5.0.1196,
faulting module mfc42.dll, version 6.2.4131.0, fault address 0x0005eeda.

This is from Event Viewer
would appreciate your thoughts

Looks like that application binds into Outlook then. Follow instructions on
the link I gave you to see if you can remove that add-in from Outlook.
