Application to close after 5 min of inactivity

Hi,

I'd like my front end to close if the user hasnt done anything for (lets
say) 5 min.

Whats the best way to do this?

I'd also put that 5 minutes in a table somewhere so that it can be
easily changed. You may find that 5 minutes is way too short. Folks
can get interrupted by a phone call, yappy coworker, etc.
