Application that need reboot before the rest is installed

Hi,

i've made an installation of a firewall using a Group Policy.
The problem is that this firewall is not made active before the next
reboot.How can I make MSI reboot at once?

I know there is an installation flag that says reboot after install, but
this only affects the computer after all applications are installed. I
have like 15 minutes of application installation at the slowest PC's. So
how do I make an application reboot right after install?

In fact if the application or with other words if the MSI package are made
correct, it should reboot at it self if needed. There is a few Applications
to make MSI Package, WinINSTALL and Visual Installer from Microsoft.
