I am seeing this message every time I shut down Windows XP

Details
Product: Windows Operating System
Event ID: 26
Source: Application Popup
Version: 5.2
Symbolic Name: STATUS_LOG_HARD_ERROR
Message: Application popup: %1 : %2

Explanation
The program could not load a driver because the program user doesn't have
sufficient privileges to access the driver or because the drive is missing or
corrupt.

User Action
To correct this problem:

Ensure that the program user has sufficient privileges to access the
directory in which the driver is installed.
Reinstall the program to restore the driver to the correct location.

What is the driver that is missing or corrupt and where is it's location.
Any help would be great.

Well John it seems like some program is trying to update some driver and as
you dnt have admin priveliges its not successful... Try logging in as
administartor.. and after proper updates go into ur normal account.. it might
solve the problem

What program is it..
It could be that some software was installed from say a USB drive but now
windows is again checking for that file in that same drive but the drive is
missing...

Ahmad please have a look at the messgae I am receiving at shut down, I don't
kow what program it is using perhaps you could tell me.
