I installed an application while logged in as ABC user.
When I did the installation, I chose to only have the
application available to MY profile. Now I want that
application to be available for ALL profiles on that
machine. How can I do this without re-installing the
software?

Thanks!

In many cases, its simply a matter of placing a shortcut to the program in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs folder.

I did that, and the application runs, but my issue is that the application
doesn't even show up in the list of installed applications when I look at
them while logged in as user XYZ. If I log in as user ABC it is there, but
not for XYZ. Therfore, when I click on a file generated by this application
(Paint Shop Pro) the file type is not recognized and Paint Shop Pro does not
show up in my list of applications to use to open the file. I could change
the file mapping, but that still doesn't solve the underlying problem... The
machine does not show it as an installed application for this user. What if I
want to uninstall it? I can't. It doesn't show up in the list.
