I get several error messages and don't know what they mean and how to fix. Any help?

1. "Application failed -- unable to located component WKWBL.DLL not found"
2. " " " " WKINUNI.DLL not found"
3. "Server busy. This application cannot be completed because the program busy. choose "switchto" to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
