Haven't you posted this many times with no answers?

That would indicate that
* no one has a clue.
* you have not yet provided enought information.

What is "tqsk"? Is there a tqsk.exe on the system and what do the
Properties have to say about it? Where is it located? Does "tqsk"
appear it the registry? Where? ....
.
This does not exist anywhere, but some how it keeps
running in my event log and it constantly fills it up. It
is just getting frustrating, so I figure if I keep posting
that someone might have an answer sooner or later.

Well, I still have no idea. Sorry.
Normally event message Source appears in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog
\Application\ ...

Hey MarkV, Thanks for the reply. I am not too familiar
with searching the registry, but I did go in to that path
you provided me and I found that application. What should
I do with it? If I open it it has:
Default reg_sz (value not set)
EventMessageFile reg_sz c:\winnt\sytstem32
\catroot\uvres\firedeamon.exe
Types supportet reg_dword 0x00000007 (7)
Any Ideas....Thanks

David,
I looked up firedeamon.exe and it looks like a process created by the latest
dcom worm. I would recommend you scan your system, patch & follow the
instructions on Microsoft's update page. I believe you will find you have
been infested.
